SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: 2026

The short version: Orders placed before 12pm MST Monday–Friday ship the same day. USA shipping starts at $7.99 and is free over $85. We ship worldwide.

 

Processing & Dispatch

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12pm MST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm MST or on weekends ship the next business day.

During peak periods — particularly the holiday season — processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll let you know by email if there's any delay with your specific order.

We do not process or ship on US federal holidays.

 

USA Shipping

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS and UniUni. While we offer multiple shipping options at checkout, we reserve the right to fulfill your order using any of these three carriers based on your location and order size.

Standard delivery within the USA typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location.

Please note: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. If your address includes both a PO Box and a street address, please enter the street address only at checkout.

 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout where applicable. Orders using expedited shipping must still be placed before 12pm MST to ship the same day. Expedited options are not available for APO/FPO addresses.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time on our order tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.

Please track your delivery and be available to receive it. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery to your address. If this happens, email us at customerservice@theslanket.com and we'll do our best to help.

 

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Shipping to most international destinations starts at around $35–$40 for a single Slanket.

International orders typically take 7–21 business days after dispatch depending on destination and customs processing times.

Important: Any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applied at delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are set by your local government — we have no control over them and cannot predict what they will be. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

We cannot mark international packages as "gifts" or understate their value on customs documentation.

Shipping to Canada

Canadian orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applied at the border.

 

Multiple Orders

Each order is shipped and charged separately. We cannot combine multiple orders placed at different times into a single shipment, and each order is subject to its own shipping cost.

 

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at customerservice@theslanket.com. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

 

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at customerservice@theslanket.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and any safe spots around your property first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
